"A comfortable stay in a cosy cottage"

Quiet location, comfortable cottage. Plenty of wood for the open fire.

Couldn't get the TV to work and no WiFi. Not an issue really but it would have been handy for weather reports, Google maps Spotify

"Perfect - an idyllic Irish stay!"

The property is absolutely beautiful, photographs do not do justice to just how cosy and welcoming the Butler’s Cottage is. It has such a warm atmosphere and there are so many small details that make you feel incredibly comfortable. Everything was impeccably clean, we loved that the linen smelt of laundry detergent and there was not any indication that anyone had been there before us. This is the perfect getaway that we would recommend to anyone.

The stairs up to the loft bedroom with the two single beds is quite steep coming down. It didn’t bother us but is something to be mindful of for those who may find this challenging!

Butler’s cottage is outstanding in every way. Set in an idyllic location, the cottage is beautiful inside and out. It is spotlessly clean and is extremely well equipped. The open fire is a delight and the addition of a Christmas tree for our Christmas stay was so very thoughtful. Such a wonderful place to relax and unwind or to explore the local area from, and everyone was so friendly. The host was amazing, great communication and so friendly and thoughtful. Butler’s cottage is the best cottage that we’ve stayed at in Ireland. We would definitely recommend a stay at Butler’s cottage and can’t wait to return. Lynda & Trevor

Lovely property in stunning surroundings- easy to find just off the main road. much larger than we thought and well kitted out with tea/ coffee, milk and bread. the owner was easily contactable and very helpful.
