"Fantastic time meeting up with family in the middle of Carrick on Shannon"

We (6 adults) stayed in the Waterside House for 3 nights. The house is very spacious, clean, and modern and the view over the Shannon was amazing. The location is right opposite the rowing club and the shops and bars are just around the corner. We met Philip and he made us feel right at home.

"The perfect little house in the perfect location!"

The location was perfect! Just off the river and within close walking distance of everything. The perfect base for our 2 day stay! Very clean! Reminded me a of a little shore house in the states.

The faucets confused us. One for hot and one for cold? We couldn’t seem to reconcile how to work them. Very minor flaw.

"Stag Do"

Stayed here for a stag do with a group of 20, no complaints at all. Really good location close to all the pubs, place had everything we need and beds were comfortable. Philip was also very helpful recommending pubs and a place for breakfast.

convenient to walk everywhere -the living room /kitchen on the first floor had amazing views of all the boats ! Comfortable and warm ! Philip was so pleasant and gave us great directions on how to find the place
