Kinvara House

Excellent property in a very convenient location. Short stroll to town centre and INEC. Bedrooms are spacious. The house is well-equipped and has plenty of kitchen utensils and crockery.

If you have full occupancy of 6/7 people the living area would feel a bit cramped. The downstairs bedroom would benefit from a wardrobe or hanging space.

Couldnt fault it it was of a very high standard.

The location was perfect for our needs. The space was ample for a group of 6 adults. The convenience store was close and the restaurant across the street served us a delicious meal or two. We were within a 10 minute walking distance to the train station, downtown and other restaurants etc.

We would have liked if there was a book or notebook telling us some things about the house like how to use the washer and dryer etc.

Loved the location and the host Michael! Even though the house is on a busy street there was very little traffic noise in the house. We loved that the horse stable from the Jaunty Cars was behind the house. It provided a nice morning and evening activity watching them head out/back from work.

The living room was a bit small for for four adults.

Not cheap, but that's the current climate, and shower in main bathroom wasn't brilliant.
