Everything, the place is fab and the gardens are wonderful,especially for children,you could just stay in the house and the gardens as plenty to do. Beautiful sunset out towards are lady's island.

It was fairly easy to get to, everything was very clean and tidy. Rooms were lovely, gardens were every child dreams. The host was great and they had llamas! Is was very near th beach.

The pictures in Bokking are a a bit misleading, they show a thatched cottage, so you think it is, but really is a modern build. The smell of fresh paint was overwhelming. The kitchen needs more utensils, I mean if you go with children and want to cook, it might be a challenge. But Wexford is beautiful!

Loved Sutton Cottage! This is a gem of a house with beautiful gardens and lots of wonderful animals onsite. We brought our husky dog and a baby and it was perfect in every way. Quick drive to the beach and local pubs and restaurants. The house keeps the old world charm of the thatched cottage but also has updated facilities in the extension, so best of both worlds. They provided a travel cot and high chair so no need to bring them too. Highly recommend staying here! Thank you Geraldine for a wonderful stay ❤️

Unfortunately the Lobster pot restaurant was closed for winter, it's right next door, but outside of our control.

I loved the thatch cottage, its location near Carne beach was a bonus! Thatch cottages are a part of our history & this one has its own personality & quirks & we loved our stay there!

Being Ireland we did have to switch on the heating one or two nights for a little bit & not all radiators worked but in saying that- this is an old renovated thatch cottage with an extension so we expected it to have its quirks

House was spacious. Plenty of room for all of us. Unfortunately not enough hot water for everyone to have a shower. One of our group had a (half-filled, lukewarm bath) and that all the hot water gone. We paid €360 for a 2 day stay and had to compromise on showers and nobody could wash their hair. That was a bit frustrating 😕

Lack of hot water. Cold showers wouldn't be so much of a problem during the height of summer but it was a bit chilly for cold showers during April 😬 Spoke to host and she said it would be resolved but then only one shower had adequate hot water the next day and the ensuite still ran cold.

Comfort. Space. Quietness A little complex holiday place. Different but in a good way. Geraldine was lovely. Safe for son. Little play area and a tennis cork and a beautiful area to walk around Near a pub and the beach
