Property was perfect for what we required

Good location and host

Toilets, Scatter cushion covers in living room and kettle all need a good clean Although Showers are powerful , shower enclosures are tiny making it difficult to get a proper shower.

Great holiday home very convenient to all amenities. Will definitely be returning in summer

I expected the house to be bright blue as in the photo. However we could not find it late on Friday night, and then discovered it had been repainted a very pale blue. So I suggest you update the photo.

The house was exceptional! The views from the sitting room and upper bedrooms are lovely. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. We tried two of the pubs, both were great and just up the street. O'Dowds had the best food (and breakfast) but the Shamrock Bar should not be missed. The beach at Dog's Bay is just a short drive and we spent hours there swimming and walking around the head (watch for cows!). They provided milk and a few necessities, and had a coffee press. The water in the shower was hot (thank you!!) and the laundry machines were convenient.

There is no wi-fi, so I used my hotspot to answer work emails. No big deal, just be prepared. Also, we loved the stairs and we slept up on the 3 rd floor. There is a bedroom on the first, but it is along the road so if you are.mobility challenged you might think about white noise for sleeping.

Very well positioned in village. Appreciated the milk washing liquid toilet paper and kitchen towels. Trish very accommodating re check in and check out

Kitchen chairs could do with cushions. Minor matter!

Very spacious, flat walk into the village, big downstairs en-suite bedroom was handy for less mobile family members, super clean.

Wi-fi would have been useful but honestly worth the trade off for all the other positives.
