"Very comfortable and perfect homestay except for the attitude of the host"

Property was good, but our experience with the host was very disappointing. The host used to interfere with small things every day. It was absolute disturbance during the working hours. The host was rude and always argued about the rate of the property. Though Booking.com had confirmed the rate with the host and the guest, and she had accepted our request, she constantly pestered us with her unhappiness about the rate. Even on the day of checkout, she demanded extra payment from us. We had to resolve this problem by asking Booking.com to mediate. This was extremely bad experience so far across Booking.com properties. The host always complained about our use of AC. Such interventions created lot of discomfort in our stay.
