Waves and Shores Pool Beach Villa

The location was within metres of the beach and was very peaceful. The A/C and fan helped to keep the room cool. The caretaker was friendly and helpful. The local people were also very friendly and welcoming.

There were no fridge or tea making facilities in the room and the location had very few local cafes to choose from other than the cafe shacks on the beach itself.

The place is really amazing, nice garden, nice pool, nice room. Our caretaker Shajo and the house lady have been really caring. Also Sana, from office has been very helpful and reactive with our reservation, despite the fact they had been informed last minute.

Great location, right near the beach ! The villa was very easy to book. Ruksana was very helpful, providing insights and was very accomodating for all our requests. Mr Shaju the caretaker will cook local delicacies if you wish. He was literally on our beck and call for the entire trip. He was very helpful. Swiggy delivers to the villa. Great little secluded beach near the vila.

Very small road to reach. Going in a large vehicle might be litle tricky. But not a big issue. Mr Shaju will direct you through favourable routes.

It could have been cleaner,as in draws , cupboards still had other people's belongs in.

The staff and caretaker were extremely courteous. The food was delicious, and Shaju, the caretaker was a call away to get anything we needed. We never asked for the menu, so were a little apprehensive when the food bill came but it was very reasonable as well. The beach is right in front of the property, and the pool and lawn were all managed very well. Big plus, it is pet friendly. Overall, had a fantastic stay.

Honestly, has zero complaints about the property. If I were to be a little greedy, I would've preferred a fan for the outdoor area so that we could chill around the pool at night. As expected, with the humidity we were unable to spend much time outside after dark.

Very supportive host and accomodative care taker (and his children) who helped out with any of our questions or inquiries. Villa is great - especially the outdoor area with the pool.

It could get quite loud at some times, but more because of crows and dogs in the area. Unfortunately there were no sunbeds around the pool.
