The location, the room with a small kitchen, the mesmerizing and breathtaking view from the balcony, and Mr. Radhakrishnan's prompt and amazing service. Since we arrived early in the morning in Calicut we asked for an early check-in which was readily made available to us and Mr. Radhakrishnan was proactive in providing whatever we asked for. He even guided us to the local sightseeing and made us aware of the leeches in the tea garden and how to tackle them just in case there is a problem. He even called and returned my wife's and my Ray-Ban glasses which we had left there by mistake after checkout. Really thankful to him for that. The best part of the room is the view from the balcony and it just leaves you spellbound. We spent our entire day on the balcony.

The room and the linen could be cleaner but one request to Mr. Radhakrishnan and its sorted. Considering the amenities, the price could be lesser but the view kind of makes up for it.
