Big apartment at the third floor with easy access. Well equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer available. Great location, next to the beach and 1 min drive to supermarkets, food stores, don quijote. Private parking just across the road.

Plenty of space and sleeping beds. Nice sea views. Value for money. Has a dryer 😀 Owner very responds quickly.

The place look very ran down from outside and the stairs are a pain to get the luggage upstairs. Will not recommend for people with walking or back problems.

The beds were so comfortable. You are provided all the amenities you could need. Having a washing machine and dryer was so good.

The door lock can be a little confusing, a you must make sure you pull the door fully closed, otherwise the autolock will hold it open and anyone could walk in.

Kurzer Weg zum Bahnhof Größe der Wohnung Meerblick Trotz stark befahrener Straße verhältnismäßig ruhig

Standen fast 1,5h vor der Tür, weil uns der Code für die Tür nicht zugesendet wurde und niemand per Mail oder Telefon erreichbar war, obwohl in der Datei zur Wohnung extra eine Notfalltelefonnummer steht. Das teure Auslandstelefonat mit Booking.com durfte ich selbst bezahlen. Es roch in der Küche/Schlafzimmer nach Abfluss. Schimmel in der Dusche

距离JR伊东站很近，步行几分钟就能到，马路对面就是海滩，方便下海玩。房间里的浴巾、拖鞋一应俱全，住10天都够用。

没有电梯，拖着行李上楼有点吃力；因为是临街，晚上汽车和摩托车经过有噪音，不过只要不是睡太早就问题不大，晚上十点后路上车子也很少了。
