Perto da praia da luz , espacoso

Limpeza , lagartixas dentro dos quartos , pateos com ervas , nao ter grelhador, wc' s nao mostrava nas fotos , microondas e forno nao aqueciam, fogao sujo , etc .

"Localização excelente de uma casa a precisar de restauro profundo e urgente."

A localização é espetacular, a cerca de 200 metros da praia. Tem estacionamento privado em frente à porta de entrada. A casa (divisões) tem boas áreas, à excepção da cozinha. O terraço é agradável de noite. Durante a noite, é uma zona sossegada e sem ruídos de relevo.

A casa precisa de restauração urgentemente. A principal casa de banho não funciona: o autoclismo não recebe água (mesmo com a torneira aberta) e, a banheira não escoa a água. As portas, janelas, portadas, armários de quarto, móveis de cozinha, e outros, são antigos e a precisar de substituição urgente. A cozinha é minúscula, assim como o frigorífico, além de muito quente. A casa não tem A/C nem ventoinhas (muito quente, durante o dia). Só é fornecida uma chave da residência. As camas de casal são muito pequenas (principalmente em largura).

El apartamento estaba de maravilla para el precio que tiene, la terraza es muy amplia y tiene vistas al mar. Todo estaba muy limpio y había todo lo necesario en la cocina. Está situado a 5 minutos andando de la playa y del paseo marítimo.

Una de las duchas del baño estaba atascada.
