Great location, nicely furnished

It is a comfortable house, there was everything we needed. We slept very well in those comfy beds. It is located not too far from the main road so for us it was ideal, we were on the way from Oslo to Bergen. Good communication with the owner.

There was construction work right in front of the house which made leaving the car a muddy affair. It was also happening right next to our parked car which was a bit scary. This situation is temporary, I guess, so just bad luck for us and certainly not the owner’s fault.

Nice, cozy and clean with literally all facilities.

Temporary excavation works all over the front area of the cabin in connection with installation of new ground cables into the cabins. This made the physical access to and from the building a bit difficult and unsafe.

Cosy little cabin with everything you need for a family. Great location by the river, on the main road to main hiking areas around. You can take a walk in the forest right by the cabin, if you don't want to go anywhere far.

The surroundings are beautiful! and cottage might be a good base to spend several days in that area! Unfortunately, we only spent one night. Kids enjoyed climbing up to get the their beds :)

The cottage was warm when we arrived, and took the whole evening/night until we got some comfort. Kids' beds were on an upper floor even warmer. (maybe providing a fan or keeping open a couple of small windows in the bathroom and the upper floor would have helped to reduce the temperature inside). Linens and towels are not included (but they can be rented). Value for money might be better if the price includes them already.
