The location

The bathroom was different and older than photos.

Nikolas was a very great host/person, took us in very nicely. Place was phenomenal, very great house. With god air conditioner, which is great to have in Greece 🇬🇷

Villa Margaris is located in the best area of the island, Kalamaki, near the airport, entertainment centers and one of the nicest beaches with fine sand. In any case, to access all the beaches on the island, you will need a car, which it is advisable to rent in advance. The owner is a kind person and responds immediately to complaints. The pictures correspond to reality. The air conditioners worked perfectly and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed. I recommend with confidence.

I would have liked a barbeque area.

I liked the house, traditional yet very modern with all the facilities: equipped kitchen, washing machine, spacious living room and bed rooms, nice terrace. The garden was very beautiful and it was perfect for the kids hunting the gecko's :)

One thing I found strange was the water from the sink which was salty. It was weird washing your teeth with salty water, however, I got used to it :). Another thing I would like to mention here is that we needed to take our own garbage at 200m away from our house. It would have been nice if we had an option to throw it somewhere closer to our house, or to have it taken daily.
