There was complimentary eggs and bacon and bread and butter.

Good location, only a few minutes drive to the town where there is everything you need. The outside seating facilities were excellent and caught the sun throughout the day. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well.

The property needs a deep clean, but really up to a good standard at all.

Ros and Dusty were lovely hosts. The cottage was very comfortable and well appointed, with a nice little garden overlooking the river and bonus eggs from the hens. Bonus being able to charge our EV with a 7kw charger on the property.

calm with nature all around is a wonderful place for few nights. Dusty and Rose was amazing.. thank you

The cottage was warm and comfortable with everything we needed. The garden at the front and back were beautiful. Dusty was very helpful when we had a question and the welcome pack of bread, milk, eggs and bacon was a lovely treat.

It was quiet and peaceful surrounded by nature. The hot water was brilliant and the shower very good. Breakfast pack was lovely. Sitting on the patio watching the birds feed was lovely. Gorgeous weather enhanced the experience. Hosts very nice. Spacious and bright .

Lack of cooking equipment in the kitchen. No Pyrex dishes, casserole dishes, measuring jug. Very small frying pan . Needed to cook eggs singularly. Television channels were rediculous, very limited and repetitive. Could not even find BBC 1 ! No mobile signal whatsoever but WiFi was available. Lack of attention to detail as in poor maintenance of garden, extractor fan in kitchen doesn't work. Blown light bulbs not replaced. Towels are old and small. Need to buy bigger bath sheets. Drying rack was tangled outside. We fixed it but needs properly bedding in concrete as just placed in hole in the ground so wobbles over. A bit remote.
