"Very good"

Very spacious and a great central location. 2 parking spaces in Central Bath a real bonus.

Had to buy wine glasses as not enough for large party. (Which we donated) Nowhere to hang wet towels in downstairs bathrooms.

Excellent location walkable in minutes to downtown sites like the Roman baths as well as the Royal Crescent.

One shower downstairs did not drain well but otherwise no issues.

The quality of the pillows could have been a little better . We would have liked a small welcome pack - milk, butter , bread perhaps The main bedroom having no bathroom facilities- needed to go up one flight to shared bathroom or down two flights for sink and toilet . Not so easy in middle of the night.

Grand house well located. Excellent for a large family gathering.

Garden unkempt and full of dead leaves Rubbish bin store full to overflowing One set of keys didn’t work Not enough tea towels or dish clothes En-suites are wet rooms Sofa beds not comfy Couldn’t get any lights to work in the lounge and other lights temperamental Not for the less mobile due to the number of stairs
