The George - Large family home by the sea

The house is a great size and flowed lovely. It has a social vibe whereby wherever you are in it you never feel left out. Just what I was looking for. The showers are amazing!

The check in and out times 1600-1000. Although I did manage to secure a later check out time of 1100. Which was very much appreciated. These times are not only at this property. It seems to be the norm these days!

Fabulous home. Amazing detail. Great outdoor and indoor entertaining. Perfect for a family weekend.

It would be great if bedroom windows could be changed to allow more airflow. A bit hot in Summer.

Seclusion is excellent, with those gate you have a compleletly secure compound even left the car open on several occasions, brilliant! So peaceful, could not hear the main road as its surrounded by all the other houses & gardens in the square, very nicely decked out, but then its almost brand new. Had a light & airy feel. Location not bad for Warmer, its just not a lot is going on there.

Original keycode sent was wrong and as I was at another place prior to this the subsequent email sent on the days before it was missed had to knock on the owners 1b to obtain access. Furthermore the listing stated it was 1 Hersch road east, when in fact the address next door 1a. Small details but then it hammering down with rain rather annoying. The property once access gain was excellent but need to sort out the listing.

The house was very stylish, clean and open plan ! A lovely welcome basket was provided too which was a thoughtful surprise on arrival. It was reassuring knowing the very young children in our group could play safely due to the closing security gates on the drive and there is also a play area which kept them entertained.

Everything was really wonderful .. although on hot summer nights due to weather/ high temp during our stay .. rooms could feel just a little bit stuffy at times without fans/aircon of some sort but not a major issue just a suggestion.

House and garden were beautiful. Right space to relax. Plenty of room for everyone

Didn’t find instruction book for aday or two! Tv set up was disappointing, complicated and sadly no sky or Netflix which would have been perfect. Tv in main bedroom not in ideal position. Bathroom and shower floors vey slippery. Had a couple of near falls.

Spotlesslly clean, spacious (for 5 people), very comfortable and well appointed. Great location (10 mins walk to the beach). Our kids loved the garden and toys and games provided. Very nice cafe a minute’s walk over the road.

Nothing - only small point was that it was rather warm in the upstairs bedrooms(we stayed over Easter)… but rather that than too cold!
