"Good place"

The apartment is quite big, and includes necessary facilities. Near to sea (no sea view), many restaurants nearby. Also duty free chocolate and liquor shops in walking distance. I would be happy if you have service the coway filter, last service day is in 2024 😐

"Very good property with lot of facilities. Easy to access Kuah town through Grab."

Nice residential location slightly away from main town but with a sea view. Really good property and total privacy. Lot of space in all the rooms. Easy to pick keys, kitchen had all the facilities. They even accepted our request for warly check-in which was very useful. Regular communication on our well-being, which was nice gesture.

Washroom taps had slightly low running speed. Need exhaust fans in washroom.

There is need for toilets to be renovated. Consider tiling the balcony as it's not usable in it's current state.
