The attitude of the service team. During our first night, we wanted to use the washing machine (Machine A) to wash our clothing. However, it was leaking, and yes, the service team did come and help us mop the floor. We appreciated this part. We also mentioned that some of the ceiling fans are shaky and make cracking noises. They promised to check and to come back the next morning to help us solve the washing machine's problem. The next day, they arrived around 11 am, as we had contacted them to ask. Why did we call? Because they turned off the water bar underneath the sinks, which is leaking. It turned out to be a problem because there is no more water in the Coway machine tank. Yes, we can turn on the tape ourselves, but it is leaking quite badly and we don't like the floor to be wet. When they arrived, the lady mentioned, "之前的人都没有讲坏，现在你们这么多complaints. (The previous person didn't complain about anything spoiled, and now you have so many complaints.) along with several excuses. This indirectly hints that we were the ones who caused the damage to the washing machine, which, of course, we are not satisfied with. It was our first time in the house, using the washing machine. This accusation is terrible The toilets are slippery, and the beds are terrible. The wheels on the gate have been coming out easily.
