Curtis La Vista #7A1

It was amazing for the price we paid per night. It was far enough away from downtown Moab to be quiet and not crowded but close enough to get to anything downtown in 5/10 min. It was stocked with everything you would need to cook in the full kitchen. Even laundry soap, dishwasher tablets, a sponge and dish towels! There was a nice patio with a barbecue although we did not use it this trip. It was nice to park in the garage and not worry about our car. Although the neighborhood felt very safe and we wouldn't have worried had we needed to park outside the garage. The beds were very comfortable and it was stocked with extra, sheets, blankets and pillows. Our kids each got their own room upstairs and we really liked the reclining sofa in the loft area upstairs with a TV. All the couches reclined and there were TV's in every room. The master was very spacious and I liked that the sinks were separate from the shower and toilet so one person can be getting ready while another showered. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

The only thing I noticed but wouldn't really say we didn't like was wishing there were pool towels so we didn't have to use towels for bathing. If there were pool towels we just didn't notice where they were. So maybe like 3 or 4 extra towels would have been helpful. The fire alarms also went off the first night we stayed at 1am and scared us pretty good. I am not sure if all the smoke in Moab made them go off or if it was a test or malfunction. It made for a funny memory though. It is well stocked with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. I think I counted 7.

The home was pretty comfortable. Beds were great and there was plenty of room. We really enjoyed the reclining chairs as well.

We didn’t appreciate that we couldn’t lower the AC below 72 degrees. We have never heard of such a rule. We would have stayed elsewhere if we knew about this. Also the style and decor along with the TVs are out of date.

Close to the pool.

Home could be cleaner, especially the rugs. Ther was dog food scaderd on garage floor.

Clean, comfortable, lovely accommodations

Very well decorated and comfortable, located right next to tennis courts, a little playground and basketball court, great value! We would definitely stay here again.

The remotes were a little confusing and the bedrooms upstairs were warm.

Neighbors were a bit noisy. Units are cheaply constructed. Did not like the resort fee — we never used the pool or tennis courts. There is a cleaning charge but also an envelope for tips for the cleaning person. No instructions on how to use tv.
