Wij vonden het fantastisch. De host had ons goed verzorgd en we kwamen niets te kort. De trein hoor je wel, maar is niet storend. Op loopafstand van het hertenpark.

We enjoyed our one-night stay at Ferie Nara. The location is excellent, a very short walk to Nara JR station and about 10-15 minutes' walk to Nara Park where you find all the beautiful deers. The accommodation had a nice washing machine and dryer including detergent which we really needed and appreciated. The breakfast included eggs, bacon, bread and yoghurt which is what we normally eat so we were very happy to find these items. Also, the shower pressure was the best we had in Japan. However, the best of all was the exceptional customer service from the owner Kyoko. She always responded very quickly to all my messages; she was super nice and friendly and when we checked out, we forgot our TV Google Chrome which she promptly organised to send to our next accommodation in Osaka. We received it the next morning and we are still very grateful for her assistance. Overall, I really recommend staying at Ferie Nara. Thank you Kyoko!

Nothing, everything was perfect. The only reason I rated 9 instead of 10 is because we found it a bit small for 4 of us and it wasn't what it was displayed in the photos in booking.com but we enjoyed staying here.

A very nice, new property. We stayed on the second floor. I liked the layout. The toilet is separate from the other rooms. There is a washing machine and a veranda to hang clothes outside. The shower/bath is very nice. The kitchen is also a good setup. For similarly priced accommodations in Japan, it did not feel cramped at all. There is a small table with four chairs to eat and relax at. The location is great, a short walk from the Nara JR train station. And the host/owner is very good. I would recommend staying here.

There is train noise as the train tracks are close by. This may affect some people at night until the trains stop running, but to be honest I am a very fussy person about noise and it did not bother me so much. The second bedroom is actually the living room with a futon on the floor so there is not much privacy for that person, although that did not bother us as one person stayed in the small bedroom with bed and the other on the floor in the living room.

Kyoko was a perfect host going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even helping us when we made a luggage error.
