Sandrine’s and Giuseppe’s place was a green haven with lime, banana and olive trees and lots of green plants in beautiful pots. There hosts were really friendly. The apartment and the exterieur were decorated with an extremely good taste. And what a luxury: fresh pastries, bread & croissants sold each morning by a local baker at the corner of the house of his van. The beach with white sand was close by on the walking distance and with only few other visitors in October. There were nice pools in the middle of the property. We were lucky since there were not other visitors at the same time and we enjoyed the calmness. Noto with historical and beautiful buildings was close by (~5km).

Wunderschöne, komfortable und top ausgestattete Unterkunft. Sehr gepflegter und schöner Pool! Herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber, die nie aufdringlich, aber jederzeit für uns erreichbar waren. Jeden Morgen gegen 8Uhr kam ein mobiler Bäcker, mit einem tollen Angebot. Da wir so früh noch nicht auf waren, erhielten wir unsere Bestellung jeden Morgen auf den Terrassentisch geliefert! Die Unterkunft ist fussläufig zum schönen Strand von Lido di Noto und guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, zum Beispiel ins Naturschutzgebiet Vendicari, wo weitere wunderschöne Strände sind. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Beautiful apartment, comfortable and well appointed. Stunning surroundings with a private eating and small pool within a pretty courtyard. Big communal area with large swimming pool and sunbathing area. Washing facilities and a very helpful host. Every day a baker comes in the morning where you can purchase pastries and bread for breakfast! Would recommend for a place to unwind and relax.

It was a little remote so car hire advisable

Struttura bellissima, con piscina in condivisione, tenuta benissimo. Ogni mattina passa il panettiere con un furgoncino pieno di delizie. Staff fantastico, accogliente e simpatico !

The hosts were extremely amiable. They made themselves available all the time, they showed us the place with care and made us feel like we were at home. The place is lovely! They have a wonderful swimming pool, with comfortable reclining chairs and parasols. And in our place there was a powerful shower in the garden, which was super handy on our way back from the sea or before going to the pool. The kitchen had everything one may need and they have surprised us with some ingredients, in case we would arrive to late to go out for dinner. What a lovely couple and great experience! Also, the place is close to the beach and they have provided beach towels.

We have nothing to complain. We had a minor problem with the air conditioner, which was promptly solved by Sandrine!

La grand maison est en fait constituée de deux unités mitoyennes. La grande unité possède une grande cuisine et 2 belles chambres, chacune ayant sa salle de bains. Mais la seconde unité se compose de 2 petites chambres, sombres, équipées de manière minimaliste (un portant pour les habits), partageant la même salle de bains. PAS DE LAVE-VAISSELLE!! Invraisemblable dans une maison pour 8 personnes. Nous n’avions pas pensé à vérifier tans cela nous semblait évident, d’autant plus qu’il était indiqué « cuisine entièrement équipée ». Absence d’ombrage pour le petit-déjeuner, et parfois autour de la piscine quand toutes les maisons sont occupées Un second étendoir serait nécessaire. Internet faible, voire absent (on a dû acheter des packs de données mobiles). Une douche extérieure serait appréciable.
