On the positive side, the neighborhood was relatively calm and peaceful. However, be aware that the house is located on a hill and is quite a walk from the beach and most shops. Only convenience stores (konbini) are nearby.

First and foremost, we were very surprised to find a surveillance camera inside the house, which was not mentioned in the listing description or visible in any of the photos. We were also not informed about it before or during check-in. The camera was recording, and this raised serious concerns about privacy. Additionally, we reported several issues to the host early in our stay: broken frames in one of the drawers, a faulty kettle that wouldn’t switch off on its own and heavily scratched pans and pots — including a Teflon-coated pan that was unusable due to the damage. Unfortunately, the host responded that they weren’t planning to address these problems and simply told us not to use them if we didn’t like them. This response was disappointing and unhelpful. We ended up buying some items ourselves just to be able to cook properly. The house also has very poor sound insulation — you can hear everything between floors and even from rooms on the same level. The rooms themselves are very small, with almost no space to unpack or store clothing. There are no closets, just a few hangers, and barely any space to keep a suitcase open. Most rooms lacked proper curtains or blinds, making it very bright in the mornings. One room, in particular, faced a nearby house with a motion sensor light that would turn on during the night — without curtains, this was quite disturbing.

The house design is great, and it is very clean. When you open the door, you can smell a hint of wood fragrance. I really like the living room and kitchen; it's a perfect place for gatherings.

The only drawback is that the location is a bit remote, but it is not an issue if you have a car.

Spacious place for family. Quiet neighborhood.

Need to drive to Nago for a bigger supermarket.
