Very warm welcome of the host Renato. The authentic house had everything we needed. Nice when for a short stay you don’t have to buy shampoo and other small stuff. Very convenient for skiing - the underground garage to keep the equipment. Me and my family strongly recommend.

In der Tiefgarage konnten wir einen PKW Anhänger und 3 Motorräder ( Enduros ) abstellen. Restaurants und Geschäfte sind in in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr netter Vermieter.

5-minute walk to the train (and bus) station which is perfect for guests like us who want to conserve their mobility but without using a car. The private garden has an incredible mountain viewing is ideal for eating and relaxing outside. Friendly Italian neighbors. Very comfortable home, 1 Master bedroom and another bedroom with 3 single beds and a couch-bed in the basement room (which also has a dining/kitchen area and fireplace). Having a washing machine for laundry was great because we stayed an entire month. Quiet and peaceful lodging and surroundings Renato, the owner, is a very reactive, friendly and attentive host. He gave us many ideas for hikes in the local area and also recommendations for our day-trip to Torino which we followed and enjoyed. We definitely plan on coming back. It was the perfect place for us.

There is no WIFI but we resolved this by upgrading our phone plans to provide more gigabytes of data. Only Italian television and the channels showing films only seemed to offer very old movies. Of course, this was not a major problem as it wasn't our top priority. ⁹

Renato, the host, was super nice and friendly! Our stay ended up being one of the best places we have ever been!

Extremely kind host: they contacted us in advance to make sure we had everything we needed; they were very flexible for chek-in and check-out and they provided useful tips on the area. The apartment has a spacious living area and is fully furnished with kitchenware and electric appliances. The apartment is very quite both day and night even if it is at only five minutes on foot from the center of Oulx. Oulx is an ideal base for a winter vacation: it is 5 minutes from the Jouvenceaux chairlift leading to the Sestriere ski area; as an alternatives you can reach by car the Bardonecchia ski area in 15 minutes, or the Montgenèvre ski area in 20 minutes.

We were a group of four and spent 4 days exploring the area on motorbikes. The house was very nice, with room for us all, fully equipped and with space to park our motorbikes and take off all the gear without having to take anything dirty into the house. Location was great, within walking distance of restaurants, a supermarket, pharmacy and good quality bakery, and Oulx was close to all our planned routes. Our host Renato was very helpful and welcoming. A pleasure! We hope to be able to go back in the future
