Downstairs toilet leaked, had to turn off water and fill toilet from bucket

The dishwasher was not working. It was not repaired until the Thursday. The heating/hot water (boiler)was not working. This was reported to the owners. A plumber arrived but the problem was not fixed. He stated that a new boiler was required. The only thing to do to get hot water/heating was to turn the electricity on or off. When the boiler was switched on, water was leaking from it.

Close to what we wanted to see. Walking distance to a brilliant pub. Kitchen facilities great.

To be honest we wouldn't have chosen this house if we knew that the shower/ bath facilities were only accessible via the main bedroom upstairs. Didn't really suit us as 2 adult couples. The description of the facilities didn't make that clear.

Ideal location for on the doorstep walks. Secure enclosed garden for the dogs.

Great location and communication was clear and comprehensive. Great value for money.

I think that some attention with regards to the cleaning would help a lot. Especially around the windows where there were reasonable amounts of black mould that came off quite easily when I wiped it, so it wouldn't take a lot to rectify.
