Huge thanks to Manolis! the most hospitable host and the best accommodation option for us. we wanted a quiet, clean space, to have our own courtyard and the opportunity to dine in silence in the fresh air. if you want the same, then the option is for you. there are a large number of beaches nearby, a shop and excellent taverns within a three-minute walk.

"Great stay in a beautiful house and historic village!!!"

Great house, with many lovely details and two outside seating areas in the historic village of Pigi. Very quiet with three very nice restaurants, reachable in a 5 minute walk. The beach is about 3km down the street, reachable via car. Great place, if you don't want to be in mid of the tourism on the water front and want to live like a local :-) Also Manolis, the owner of the residence, was a very supportive host! From Pigi, the Gorge of Mili, Monastery Arkadi and the Old Town of Rethymno are quickly reachable. But also a trip to the beautiful Chania, Knossos or the beaches in the south, like Preveli, are not too far away.
