Loved the beautiful old stone cottage in the old part of town. Very special. Loved being in centre of small village. Village square 1 minute. We had scooter so visited villages, beaches. Everything so close. Wonderful hosts. Loved private outdoor area. We were looking for quiet relaxed stay and we got it. Perfect

Very quiet place and comfortable at a very handy location! Very clean property, close to the most beautiful beaches of the island.

The mattress was not very comfortable

The host is very helpful and the location is perfect

The unit is small but well designed - the air-condition needed more power - we visited in extreme hot season so a bigger more powerful cooling would be better

Le logement est charmant, de style traditionnel, et idéalement situé au centre d’un petit village. La cuisine est bien équipée et le lit confortable, ce qui rend le séjour agréable à première vue.

On a vite senti que l’ensemble manquait un peu d’entretien. Le papier toilette était déjà épuisé à notre arrivée, le parasol sur le balcon était cassé, et la lumière dans la cuisine n’éclairait presque pas, au point d’utiliser notre téléphone. Aucun passage pour le ménage pendant les trois jours.

Secondary bedroom space at the last floor gets too hot during summertime.

Everything was good, the sense of history while staying was great. You really feel the time travel effect. The best thing for us was the terrace, we had our coffees and night drinks there.

Wifi is weak (not working) in bedroom :/ It was not a big problem but we want to mention this, maybe a wifi supporter device in bedroom may solve this issue. Apart from this, everything was great.

We chose this beautiful renovated stone house for the peace and quiet and it did not disappoint! The village was super chill and friendly and the house was very easy to find thanks to Despina's instructions. It was very clean and comfortable. And having an afternoon beer at the terrace was the cherry on top!

Kalamoti isn't a tourist destination, so a slice of Chiot life. Our hosts were superb - really went the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Roof terrace is delightful.

It's very small and is missing a few simple bits of kit. Only outside space is the roof terrace, and too hot there by 10am in late Sept 2023. My wife found having to go down steep stone staircase in the night inconvenient.
