Matratze sehr durchgelegen, sehr hell und sehr laut (durch Nachbargäste und das Gebelle des hauseigenen Hundes in der Nacht), WC kaputt, Insektenschutz sollte im Bungalow gewährleistet werden, alles drehte sich um die große touring Gruppe, es war nur zwischen ca. 01:00-06:30 Uhr einigermaßen ruhig

The night guards were very helpful, the kitchen staff prepared a nice breakfast and there was someone available 24h. The place looks like a jungle adventure camp with cottages.

The toilet seat was broken, and they didn't replace or fix it even after notification. The cottage is very basic, a bit dusty, and not well protected against mosquitoes.

The location was nice: close enough to the mountains for the beautiful view and the cool air temperature. The staff were friendly.

We had expected and paid for basic facilities, but it turned out to be not even meeting the basic standards. The bed mattress sank terribly under normal bodyweight and thus gave us back pain (we weigh around 55 kgs each); the water heater needed extra maintenance to work, every night + on the last day; the breakfast choices were only either fried rice or toasts but on our third day the toasts ran out and it took the staff almost an hour to finally get them; there was a prolonged event on our last night, very noisy (to be fair, it was New Year's Eve, but still...) -- and the next morning none of the staff was present for breakfast (we had to literally call them to wake them up), trashes from last night's event were everywhere, and they tried to offer us leftover rice from said event for our breakfast (which we refused, of course; we asked them to properly prepare fried rice instead). Overall, the nice location, the beautiful view, and the friendly staff just weren't enough to justify the flaws.
