A lot of space; Fantastic location, great view; Private and quiet.

Terrible vomit-inducing sewerage smell from the main bathroom: yes, it was THAT bad; Everything is old, shabby, dirty and in desperate need of major renovation; Shabby plastic kitchenware: for such a price one can expect good quality stuff in the kitchen; Overall, terrible value for money: considering the quality, it should have cost 1/3rd of what we have paid.
