Great quiet location, yet only a short walk away from both Bernie’s Pub & the Shannon river. The house is well proportioned with plenty of living space. It did not feel cramped for 9 people.

Minor complaint was it being advertised with Wi-Fi and TV. But none on site. We had already read the reviews and prepared for both. So it did not affect our stay.

"Fab"

Lovely decorated house with lots of space for all of us (family of 9) pub and walkway 2mins away. 5min drive to local village and 15mins from carrick on Shannon.

Very little downside but would be nice to have aTV and microwave, also a few more knives be handy for dinner 🥰

"Fantastic location with a very beautiful local pub"

The Hen House was in a beautiful quiet location. The local pub was a minutes walk away and the pub restaurant was fantastic. It was only a 15 minutes walk into the local village which had a few shops, supermarket and four pubs all serving food as well.

There could have been an information pack at the property to tell you a little bit about the property, facilities and local area.
