Clifden Wildflower Cottage - Clifden Countryside Lettings

Lovely little cottage. We only stayed one night, but would have gladly stayed longer. It is clear that they care about their guests. They left some milk, scones in the oven, and fresh eggs. Some books and night light for my little girls. Kitchen had what we needed. They have a cot. Gave clear instructions on how to find it.

Only thing is that we wished there was a washing machine.

Really clean. No dust anywhere. Lovely smell. Great cooking facilities. Everything I would use to cook at home is there. Really friendly and helpful host. Games and books put out for the kids. Scones baking in oven when we arrived!

No washing machine (but there is a dishwasher). Rooms too bright in early morning as blinds very light. I was there in the spring.

The host was excellent and I cannot company it with any previous properties I've been in. The hosts made us feel like the house was designed for us and ensured we were super comfortable by visiting us in the morning to get feedback. House is equipped with everything one could ask for. It exceeded all our expectations. It's an ideal Irish house, soon after we entered, there was light Irish music playing, everything we needed for our toddler was already there and fresh eggs was cherry on the cake! Cannot recommend them more :)

We loved the place. Everything was spotless , comfy, cosy, there is all you need for the stay.

Our first time in Clifden and we will certainly be back. Wildflower Cottage was a fantastic find. We arrived to be welcomed by Caroline and the smell of freshly baked scones. Beautiful cottage. Highly recommended

We loved the host attention to detail, we had freshly baked scones when we arrived and a nice selection of teas and coffes. The information she has provided about the area was very thorough and very useful.

The location from Clifden was perfect, it was a lovely property and Caroline went over and beyond to make our stay perfect. Everything was tidy warm and all the guides made everything a breeze for planing activities during our stay.
