Shantiniketan Bungalow

It is a very beautiful house in a serene location. The communication with the host was easy through Whatsapp. Mary is a superhost, and I loved her hospitality.

Break ,lunch and dinner prepared by Mery was excellent. We all enjoyed the homely food prepared by her. She is pet friendly and her behaviour was very good. The house is well maintained and neat and clean. Rooms are spacious and airy. The lush green paddy field visible from the first floor was eye soothing. Hope,to go again and again to stay in this Bungalow. Last but not the least is the behaviour of the owner. He was very polite and always picked out call for even a minimum query. Thanks sir.

The property is well decorated & well maintained with all modern facilities. It's got a great view from the terrace of the nearby paddy field. The housemaid was very helpful in preparing food. A very quiet & serene place to relax for a couple of days

Mary the care taker was extremely nice and helpful. She was soft spoken and looked after us very well. Breakfast was good.

Immediately after booking host behaviour was rude. Persistently he asked for deposit despite booking/com policy of free cancellation. 2 days before check in he repeatedly insisted hard copies to be deposited despite sending soft copies in advance ( he could have printed the copies). He wrote messages in bold letters as if he is shouting at us. While I was on phone with him ( he called very late during our holiday) a lady in the background’ was asking to cancel the booking, that was scary. Above requirements are not mentioned during booking the property. ID were supposed to be shown only at arrival. The property was very far from central area. Water heater was just enough for handwash, not shower…
