Wayanad Snow Vibes

1.The room was not cleaned before we reached even though we arrived at night at 8pm, The check-in was at 12pm. 2.The owner followed up for the complete payment within 2 seconds of arrival to the room, but when we reported the issue about the room which wasn't cleaned and pillows and bedspreads were not changed, they didn't even respond to our messages for 2 hours. The room was in almost moist condition and dusty. Caught up with dust allergy and cold. The mattress was also in moist condition and the ventilation system was very bad. 3.Worst experience ever in my life, I don't suggest going to this pit fall in Wayanad, better stay somewhere else. 4.The owner agreed to give a change of room and denied in the end. 5.For breakfast also they were asking 200 rupees extra where in booking.com it was given as Breakfast included. 6.Also snow vibes had no rooms available, they managed to give a neighbour building which is some one else property. Meanwhile, there was no water to get fresh up and leave. After raising the issue, one fellow called from Snow vibes and said they don't have control on the neighbour building. But they looted 6.3K with all these worst facilities into their pocket. 7.Dear Booking.com team pls have a survey on such resorts and remove from the list and move them to block list. 8.Henceforth, I don't suggest Booking.com also. 9.If the same happened with OYO or Agoda or mytrip they could have provided some action on this. Waiting for booking.com next step in the issue.
