The house is very spacious and has a wonderful view out towards the bridge and over the water. Comfortable beds and quiet, effective air conditioning. The kitchen is small but had everything we needed. Lots of outdoor space; a lovely garden, a big balcony off the master bedroom and a roof terrace (although it was a bit too hot to use in August). There are quite a lot of trendy restaurants and bars along the road, and we found a couple that were a bit more casual and family-friendly. Rio village is about a 15min walk and has a supermarket, a bakery and some more casual restaurants and places to get coffee.

Quite noisy on Saturday night, lots of people driving up and down the road outside and arguing. There are not a lot of footpaths in the neighbourhood but we got used to walking on the road. Bathrooms are roomy but a bit dated.

Beautiful views, clean and lovely guesthouse. Plenty of room to feel comfortable with the whole family. Having two bathrooms (one on each floor) and access to a washing machine was wonderful.

Perfetto

Second time we've stayed here, still a perfect rental. Well equipped, spotlessly clean in a very quiet location with amazing views across the water to the mountains and bridge. Christos is a great host, we will return the next time we need to be in this part of Greece.

Can't fault a thing about the property. We were a month earlier in the year than our last visit so not all the restaurants we visited last time were open, Distinto was really good but Naut-oiko was closed. They're currently rebuilding the sea wall so you couldn't access the property along the front but that should be over in a couple of months. It was nice to see work going on to re-open some long closed restaurants.
