IRENE by Antigone

Wir haben unsere Ferien in der Villa Irene sehr genossen. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und immer wieder mit Früchten aus dem eigenen Garten verwöhnt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und alles funktioniert einwandfrei.

Уютно, очень удобная кровать! Есть всё для проживания, даже зонты от солнца! Кое-что из средств личной гигиены, что очень вовремя)) спасибо! Идти на пляж 3 минуты, ближайшая таверна 3 минуты. Уютный сад и лежаки, гамаки. Очень чистые полотенца и постельное белье

We stayed in Antigone's apartments for 2 weeks in May - cozy, clean, everything you need is there (the only thing missing was a dishwasher - might be handy for a big company). The hosts are friendly and caring. Thanks to Antigone for the treats and the wonderful garden! It's a bit of a walk to the beach, but it's worth it - especially if you drive a little further.

Wi-fi was not working brilliantly (local 4g network as well).

Thanks to the kindness of the owner, we were given an apartment next door (Elizabeth) which has a fireplace, and they provided us with firewood all the time. The apartments use air conditioning for heating, but we wanted to use the fireplace to complete the New Year's experience. Both apartments (Irene and Elizabeth) are large, well equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. The surroundings - Korission Lagoon with flamingos and sand dunes - are very interesting. The apartments are very close to the sea (about 200m), but the beach is about 2km away if you go by road, and about 1.5km if you use the shortcut and go on foot. We were walking. I cannot find the right words to describe the kindness of the landlady (Antigone). She tried to fulfill our every request and showered us with gifts, starting with a welcome coffee, via an unexpected pasta for lunch, to a crate of local oranges for πορτοκαλόπιτα (orange pie). Thanks for everything!

Beautiful spacious traditional home with a lovely patio and garden. The washing machine is a bonus. The hosts were very welcoming and even offered us a delicious greek coffee and treats before we left for the Corfu Trail - marvelous!!

Amazing place. Very recommended, quiet area, wonderful yard, clean house and a very sweet owner! Mosquito nets on windows and the entrance door are a big plus.

Everything was wonderful, only thing we would have wished is a lock on the bathroom door as well.

Warm welcome, hospitable and available people, clean house fully equipped, surrounded by nature, and very close to the sea. Ms. Antigoni accommodated all our requests, even the not outspoken ones. She offered us fruit and vegetables from her garden, as well as delicious homemade food.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The location was perfect – just a quick 5-minute drive to a beautiful, sandy beach. It's a fantastic spot, especially if you're into kite surfing! :D The property itself was a delight. The garden was beautifully maintained, offering fresh fruits and vegetables. One of the highlights was the warm welcome we received from the host, who greeted us with delicious cookies and greek coffee. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to enjoy Corfu.
