"Great mid way point to Bude and Boscastle, definitely need a car"

The garden was lovely and big, great for the dogs. The beds were comfortable

The kitchen is quite small and also the living room. I would say 6 adults would be the max for space etc Also they had an any problem but was sorted quite quickly

"Country cottage near Bude"

Hosts were very friendly and communication was good. Bedrooms were tastefully furnished and spacious. Bathrooms (x2) were great - water was really warm. The cottage was lovely and warm. Large garden (the weather didn't allow us to use the garden when we stayed, but it would be lovely there on a summer's day). We enjoyed our stay and would recommend

The cottage has enough bedrooms to accomodate 8 people (we were a group of 7) - however, the sitting area (corner sofa) couldn't accomodate everyone - so some had to sit on dining chairs when we were together of an evening. It wasn't a big issue for us as we tended to move around talking to each other - but it may be a condideration for other groups.

It was in a great location for bude and surrounding areas the bedrooms were a good size

The parking and access was not the best for 2 cars but we managed while we were there. The bedrooms were not that well equipped and furniture the furniture that was there was falling apart. The kitchen was ok, not lots of space with all the people in the property, but ok for a small family. We found that we had to keep washing up as not lots of mugs, glasses and cutlery. The extractor wasn’t working and wasn’t fixed while we were there either. The property could’ve been cleaner , also neither extractor fan in the bathrooms don’t work. Also the upstairs bathroom shower constantly flooded the room ( needs looking at)

Nice location, comfortable beds

Not enough comfortable seating. No real storage for food. Pots, pans, crockery, etc, required cleaning before use. The property looks a bit tired throughout.
