Lovely quiet/remote location. Lots of open space outside for kids to play. Large rooms, clean, warm.

The mattresses were all pretty uncomfortable but I would go as far to say the mattress on the king bed was unusable! It was so thin with hard springs, so noisy, could feel the metal bars of the frame through the mattress. Not fit for purpose. Given it has a kitchen it really needs more utensils and knives and cafetière

"Lovely little cottage in beautiful surroundings"

Came up for a family event and had a beautiful two night stay here surrounded by beautiful gardens, with red squirrels, owls and hundreds of pheasants. The cottage was clean, comfortable and spacious. I would have loved to have stayed longer.
