"Very good"

there was no sample for the coffee machine and we had to buy 3 types. The place was clean but could be a bit cleaner. The area was rather disappointing to start with as it just looked so run down, still easy to get to the centre.

"Superb"

Lovely place to spend time in! Everything was clean and tidy, I felt comfortable with the service and the facilities. Picky as I am, I truly recommend this place.

There are a couple of spots that might need a little upgrade in the shower fittings on the floor (upstairs bathroom), but nothing to worry about, just minor cosmetic.
