Casa Senhora da Ria- localização perfeita em Faro

Great location. Right beside everything. House was large size. Nice area. There was a lovely welcome gift which was very useful and appreciated. This house had so many good extras and beds very, very comfortable. The cleaner allowed us to drop our bags well before check-in and was lovely to us. The photos didn't actually do the house justice as it was far nicer in person. Just needs rid of ants and the sliding door to lock.

We had a problem with ants......we had to get sprays and try to contain the problem, but reading previous reviews, this was an ongoing issue. Sliding door didn't lock, so we had to jam it closed at night as without it locking security was poor. No air-conditioning. However, fans in the rooms did help.

the friendly staff, a lot of space, most things worked reasonably well, the location, ...

several things were half-broken (e.g., the door to the bathroom in the upper floor could not be closed completely and couldn't be locked, ...), the door to the patio couldn't be locked (-> easy for burglars to get into the apartment), a lot of noise from the street in one of the bedrooms (somehow even closing the window did not reduce the noise much, perhaps some rubber seals in the window have to be fixed)

Easily accessible to use all facilities and incredibly spacious for a family trip. The host, Isabel, was so amazing and so supportive on this trip! She really went out of her way to help us everyday!

Good location, paid street car parking. Fans were a nice addition but not enough for each bed room.

Freezer needed to be defrosted and cleaned. Bathroom could be cleaner, was a little mold.

Really helpful owner of the house - we had a significant flight delay, and the owner was waiting for us after midnight, great location - 5 min from the center and 10 min from the market. Clean and accurate
