TREM - LOCATED IN OLD CITY - FARO

-Die Lage direkt neben der Kathedrale, dem Fährhafen und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. -Das Personal reagierte zeitnahe auf unsere Anfragen -Check in und Check out war unkompliziert

-Wohnung war nicht sauber -Es ist ein altes Haus in der Altstadt mit scheinbaren Schwachstellen im Gebäude, weshalb es vielen Ameisen gelingt, in die Wohnung zu kommen -Unbequeme Möbel, durchgesessene Couch -Babybett wurde erst mit einer modrigen Matratze geliefert, es wurde aber sofort ausgebessert, nachdem wir es ansprachen.

Very nice apartment, well equipped, in a great location, right in the centre of the old town. Good contact with the manager, we are very satisfied. Maybe it's not a luxury place, but there's a lot of space, good price, nothing is missing. We had a wonderful time.

Cómodo todo

Lo único es que no tienen una Licuadora, recomendaría tener una para los turistas que si cocinando en la casa.

A notre arrivée, grosse déception, car terrasse inexistante ( porte condamnée) hors cet extérieur faisait partie de nos critères de choix . Le logement était sale et poussiéreux. Nous avons commencé nos vacances par nettoyer les filtres des climatisations afin de les faire fonctionner et de pouvoir respirer un air plus sain. Forte odeur d égout provenant de la courette inaccessible ne permettant pas d aérer la petite chambre ( d ailleurs dépourvue de rangement ) La cuisine n est pas fonctionnelle pour 4 personnes et très peu équipée ( table, poêle, casserole trop petites pour cuisiner pour 4) Le logement est très sombre, obligé de allumer la lumière en pleine journée car pas de fenêtre dans la salon et dans la cuisine. Pas de rideau dans la chambre qui donne directement sur la rue très fréquentée. L état général de l appartement était proche de l insalubrité. Des morceaux de murs s effondrent dûs au salpêtre. Pour couronner le tout, des cafards nous ont rendus plusieurs visites durant la semaine. Nous ne reviendrons plus dans ce logement et nous le déconseillont fortement si vous ne voulez pas gâcher vos vacances.

Very central, if being in the old town is what you're looking for, also just directly by the dock for the ferries out to the different islands and excursions.

It's a small place, especially kitchen area and toilet/shower. The two bedrooms however is fine even though there are no space to put your luggage really. Some noices from people walking by on the outside and of course airplanes since they're flying by just above to and from the airport.

Good location in the old town of Faro, 50 metres from the lovely restaurant Old Tavern. Beds were comfortable,

Accomodation is basic, nothing fancy or special. Bathroom was small but clean.

Its location was fantastic. Owner was very friendly and timely with replies. Overall we were pleased with our choice to stay there

The bed was pretty uncomfortable and the bed sheets didn’t seem to fit the bed. House does need some upkeep but it’s very charming.

Excellent Location and exceptional hosts. value for money and comfortable beds.

The location was very good. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean and tidy.

The street noise can be heard and since it's a ground floor apartment, you can't really open the windows because tourists are walking around in front of the bedroom window. Some facilities were there (washing machine, coffee machine) but with no washing liquid or coffee tabs.

The place and easiness to get around was amazing. We loved the style and compfort :-)
