"Lovely cottage, just not quite right for us."

The cottage was immaculate & the location was stunning. Very comfortable & had everything we needed. Would love to go back if it weren’t that the layout didn’t work well for our family.

The layout didn’t work for our family unfortunately. The front door creaked loudly and is next to the single room so disturbed our toddler when we let the dogs out. We also disturbed him when we went to bed or if we needed the bathroom as we had to go through his room to get to a toilet!

We were visiting the Christmas Spectacular at Thursford and the location of the Old Dairy was perfect for this, just being a few miles away.

Beautiful cosy property. Everything catered for. Mariana was very welcoming and couldn’t do more to make our stay wonderful. Beautiful and idilic. Loved the cows painted on the walls.

Our mistake. Didn’t realise it was away from Holt. But the beautiful surroundings made up for that.
