This is one of the best holiday houses we ever had. Located in the beautiful green mountain region of northern Istria in a tiny village. Good road connections to everywhere in Istria. Very clean, spacious and well equipped house. Beautiful view to the countryside and at the small town of Roč on top of a hill. We got a very warm welcome with homemade Biska (Istrian brandy) and Panna Cotta! We stayed for a wonderful week in May, in summer it must be even better with the two terraces, beautiful garden and pool - all for your private use. Hvala!!

The hosts were really nice and helpful, also they greeted us with their local brandy, fruits, etc., they made us so happy. 😊 The house was above our expectations, comfortable beds, nice living room. Swimming pool was also great.

I'm always trying to write something constructive, but this time I can't, everything was so perfect. We've been to many vacation homes in Croatia, but this was the best so far.

Absolutely everything about this stay was incredible. Host was very helpful via messages. Welcome gifts provided including mistletoe brandy. Property is very clean, modern and comfortable. Outside areas are beautiful and we enjoyed the pool. Excellent value for money and a great little getaway for us.

Very well equiped, spacious, modern house with a big, beautiful garden. Peaceful, calm environment. Wonderful panoramic view from the covered terrace. The host family is very kind, waiting for us with excellent home made brandy, panna cotta, fruits.
