Harewood Cottage Peak District

Lovely and atmospheric. The cottage was decorated with much thought.

It was easy to check in, felt private and the extra touches like fresh eggs and wine were lovely.

Very characteristic, very clean, very quiet. Great attention to detail. Absolutely perfect

There was nothing to dislike!

Shane and I loved everything about this beautiful cottage, from the wood burning stove, the wooden beams, the extra blankets left for us, the gorgeous bedroom, the wonderful bath, the goodies left for us (wine, eggs, which we forgot to eat, croissants and jam), the wooden trunk with games to play, the lighting, the candles, the wildlife, the peace and quiet, the list is endless. See it for yourself, it really is one of the most wonderful home from home. Thankyou for a lovely holiday.

Absolutely nothing. What's not to like.

I think it was our third time staying here and we always look forward to it. Can never fault anything, Julia thinks of everything before you’ve even thought of it. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, nice touches like chocolate, a bottle of wine, milk and croissants. It really is a high end luxurious stay. The internet went down at one point for several hours on the second day (caused by storm) the weather prevented us from leaving so we played board games (loads of decent ones in the cottage) - never have we ever done that before together and aside from me flipping the board after I lost, it was such a laugh and created such a core memory - best part of the trip. Thanks so much Julia we hope you will welcome us back next year.

The whole cottage was amazing, the location was so peaceful.

A curtain between the kitchen and living room would be beneficial.
