Location by the stony beach however you have a nice path to get into the sea to have a refreshing swim. Owners are super helpful and you can buy from them fresh chicken eggs, duck eggs, homemade honey and smoked fish. Your property is separate from the owner's and it's spacious and big. Lots to do with kids as there is a basketball ring, a little playground with swings etc. Wonderful outside BBQ space with a roof for rainy days. A hotel with a cafe is nearby, a 5-minute walk if you want to have a meal outside. However, the property kitchen has everything you need. It was a nice experience and a very relaxing atmosphere to recharge your batteries from the daily routine.

The second room with 2 single beds doesn't have separate doors to close from the corridor/staircase. However, there is a door between the main bedroom upstairs. So it's not a big thing because all the rest is amazing. There are chickens on the site in a separate area so for some they might be loud. No problem for us.

Amazing view and location, lovely territory and everything you would need for relaxing. Our son love to play streetball in the garden. nice kids playground. many animals and birds.

An amazing place to wind back and relax. The house is very spacious, tidy and inviting. One of the bedrooms also has a view to the sea. Our stay was very lovely and we woulnd't hesitate to come back here

Very clean, modern and well-equipped. Hosts have a property next door and were their for a our arrival and very flexible over arrival and departure. House has a nice gardens and next door are chickens and turkeys that give a nice rural feel. Shops and restaurants of Roja are a 5 min drive away
