Newly Updated Cozy 1927 Uptown Tudor 4 min to Magnolia

Cozy, clean, great kitchen! Great hvac and hot water. Very spacious! Nice table lots of chairs and couch. Cute neighborhood - head down the driveway turn right and head out Austin street walking the same direction away from the house beautiful homes on Austin and Washington. Loved hearing the train - iconic Waco experience hearing the train! Beautiful wood floors - house must be about 100 years old, I saw a 1927 stamp on the sidewalk. Kitchen has gas range! Great coffee set-up. Pots and pans - everything you need. Trash bags under the sink. Good parking in the back - could use slightly more light at parking area. Cute local decor! Great for a small family or a couple. Super cute overall would stay again.

Second bath no tub or shower, and very low water pressure in second bath. Bath with shower very winky pluming, you have to find off with hot and cold - no stops on the fixtures. Tv is small. Internet was spotty - sometimes awesome, sometimes not great. I ran speed tests... wish it had a laundry - good coin op laundry nearby.

Place was cozy and nice

We loved the quaint and cozy feel of the property. We felt right at home. Perfect size for our family. We’d love to stay here again and would definitely recommend the property.

We couldn’t use the half bath due to the water pressure.

Clean. Comfy beds & pillows. Responsive host. Keurig coffee maker with coffee & creamer provided.

Extremely low water pressure - just a trickle from secondary bath. Both bathrooms really need a total update. Water in shower was either freezing or scalding - never at a comfortable temp. Gnats in house - seemed to be coming from secondary bath. Not well insulated - cold air seeped in from back wall & around back door.

This little house was very nice, clean and comfortable. I would recommend this to everyone.

The water faucet in the half bath had very low pressure. It does bother me that the cleaning fee is more than the price of the rental. Especially since we were only there one night and we left the house in great condition.

Very nice and clean. Staff was quick to address any issue we had. A nice location, quick travel to anything we were doing. Felt safe and feels private.

$90 cleaning fee, but we were expected to wash the dishes and take out the trash. LoL
