Stunning house with a wonderful attention to detail making it a warm, inviting and fun place to stay. Had everything we needed. Perfect location for walking into York city centre. On site parking made it easy.

Check out time of 10am was just a bit on the rushed side for a Sunday morning.

Lovely house with nice decor throughout. Great hosts keeping in contact to make sure you are settled etc. Everything you need for a great stay and lovely courtyard for dining outside in summer.

Some bedroom doors don't close properly meaning keeping noise out/in when you have kids is difficult, door handle on first floor hall missing so if closed can only be opened from inside! Easily fixed and when fixed would be 10 out of 10 in all areas.

Position near the railway station. Kitchen well appointed. Welcome pack. Car park off road. The owners replied to our two queries promptly.

Busy road. WI-FI poor, as was TV reception. The kitchen very narrow.
