"Beautiful lodge . Needs a deep clean"

Loved location . Also very spacious and beautiful decor

I felt it wasn’t cleaned well enough . Fridge was dirty . Plus lots of cobwebs I felt it needs a good spring clean. We also didn’t have any hot water for a shower at 8.30pm and there was no contact to help us sort the issue out till the morning

"Nice lodge but general maintenance let’s it down"

Was a nice size for a group. Plenty of room and lovely and quiet.

Cleanliness, dog hairs about, windows desperately need cleaning. Some of the pots were dirty. Needs some general maintenance and a vac would be very useful to have as we wanted to vac up after our evening meal and couldn’t as no vac available which again with the dog hairs left about would have felt more comfortable if could have gone over to get rid.

"Great lodge, beautiful location, will definitely stay again."

The lodge was clean, tidy and comfortable, with a nice view from the deck. It was also a good size for the whole family, and the kitchen facilities were especially good.

There was some difficulty turning the shower off - there was a sign asking to ensure it was turned fully off after use, so it must be a regular issue, but that was really my only problem with anything.
