"although the park was lovely and we did have a nice time , accommodation was disappointing."

we didn’t stay in bramble lodge due to broken hot tub they moved us to a smaller lodge

we were a family of 6 adults and a dog . we were moved to a 2 bedroom lodge wasn’t really g big enough . had to use garden chairs to sit aroundining table , no bed linen for sofa bed and no cleaning facilities to eg sweeping brush or mop .

Fantastic place for a relaxing girls weekend away! Had everything we needed and the hot tub was a great size for 6 people

Location was excellent/ area was great for our dog and plenty of space on the park to walk. Very spacious lodge and able to relax with the added bonus of the hot tub. Very peaceful.

Only negative review I have is that the beds /mattress was not very comfortable and felt the springs underneath. Perhaps invest in better mattress especially in the double bedrooms.

Luxurious lodge, very clean, well presented.

The list of rules, £200 deposit against damages( it was returned very quickly on departure). 1st time I’ve had to strip my bed before leaving a place since I was in the army cadets! The location, well it’s not really York it’s just near to York just not that near. No shop on the site but you can get to a nearby garage !!! JJ’s the food is plentiful maybe too much so, I know that this sounds odd but I’m not sure it hit the mark for a special night out.
