"We loved the property and our stay."

Everything was provided and more, well thought out .

As it was hot we had to use the fans provided, unfortunately there wasn’t enough for all bedrooms and a tower fan was inadequate. The downstairs shower temperature control was difficult to regulate (it was very stiff to turn to a cooler temperature and was far to hot). Although the toaster looked new 2 (half) of the slots wouldn’t stay down.

Furnishing, location, communication, facilities, comfort, garden area _faultless.

Small thing.. The bedrooms, beds, linen, pillows were amazing. I would love to have had more blackout for the morning sun.

"Extremely well catered for in a welcoming and stylish home."

The home is beautifully decorated and ideally situated for a gentle walk into the centre and for the charming Bishopthorpe Road. We wanted for nothing during our stay though personally for us the double bed in the large bedroom was too soft. However everything else about the property was perfect and the generous welcome basket was so thoughtful. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
