Like the space of the house and the lay out,

The quality of the bad is low several parts are broken.

Clean and spacious accommodation, well equipped, accessible bathroom, easy access to property.

We didn't realise how close the property was to the A64 (our fault for not checking), so we did experience some road noise. The sofa beds were not very comfortable (very hard). The shower in the accessible bathroom was unusable, basically a trickle - definitely in need of upgrading.

A lovely, well-maintained property just a 15-minute drive from York city centre. We stayed as a large group of 32 across four cottages, and it worked perfectly for us. The hot tubs were a real highlight and were enjoyed by both kids and adults.

Bathing soap and shampoo were missing from the bathrooms, which was a minor inconvenience. However, the supermarket was only a short five-minute drive from the property, which helped. Apart from that, everything else was fine.

Great place, well looked after and well equipt. Clear communication and great location.
