Great location within walking distance of city centre

Live music was very loud on Friday night but was over by 11pm

Perfect location for a weekend exploring York centre. Very clean and tidy, modern and comfortable. Private parking was ideal.

Nothing. Very much exceeded expectations.

We liked the parking space facilities. Good size kitchen. Comfy bed. Internet access. Property a comfortable size

No recycling bins available. Property inside could have been cleaner in certain areas. Sofa too low. Dining table a bit wobbly. Lack of cutlery. No hand towel in kitchen to dry your hands. Fidldly lock. Heating did not come on unless thermostat turned up to above 22 degrees, living room radiator leaked, Some of these items were brought to your attention via an email during our stay, unfortunately although there was an initial response, there was no follow up thereafter with a solution. Shower screen did not stop water overflow, shower head clamp was split (this was also highlighted in the email). Our opinion is that the property is not being properly cleaned or checked prior to new guests arriving.

It was very clean and well equipped. You can see that attention was paid to the details. Especially in the kitchen. The one twin bedroom was very comfortable. Also good location and perfect to park the car in front of the door.

The couch in the living room was smelling really bad and was also not very comfortable. Also the bed of the double bed room was for two people a bit too small and too bouncy.
