This villa has an exceptional outdoor area. Large swimming pool, artificial grass lined lounging area with sun beds and seating. As well as an excellent outdoor cookout area with gas and charcoal barbecues and a wet bar area. With a separate outdoor dining area. This inside of the villa is nice too with 3 bedrooms (1 ensuite) and a large kitchen area. This opens up double patio doors onto the outdoor area. A large Mercadona supermarket is close by (approx 10 mins walk), which is part of a larger complex called Xsur. This has a Starbucks and other coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. Fañabé beach and surrounding bars, shops and restaurants, etc. area is about a 15/20 min walk going there. But longer coming back as it's uphill. We just got taxis. Communication with the owner was great, too. All done though an app. All the info you needed was here for checking in, etc. We didn't have a car, but parking was available directly outside the villa if you did.

Nothing to do with the villa, more geography as it sits on a hill. The walks home uphill were a test in the Tenerife weather. That's why we got taxis most of the time.

Me gusta la zona, es tranquila y la casa es muy apropiada para ir con la familia y los niños. Centro comercial cerca con cine, Mc, Mercado, Restaurante y parque para niños. La playa esta más lejos, pero es literalmente 2 minutos en coche o 20 caminando. La casa tiene una piscina de buen tamaño, zona de barbacoa y 3 habitaciones con su aire acondicionado, además de 3 baños.

Pool was fantastic, and good location for supermarket, restaurants at the X-sur only 5 min walk and only 15-20min walk to beach.

Just a bit of tlc needed in places which I made the host aware of and I’m sure they will have rectified.
